Pavlodar Higher Medical Colleg Medical Care students of class 120 attended the premiere of the play named "Tragedy of the Century" on September 21, 2018. The play was dedicated to the problem of drug addiction. This visit to the theater helped students to develop a culture of behavior aimed at fighting bad habits, changing the negative attitude towards people suffering from drug addiction, expanding students' perceptions about drug addiction, and continuing to mold motivation for a healthy lifestyle.

Within the regional month's campaign for the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan, a plan of events was developed in Pavlodar Higher Medical College which including the "Festival of languages of the people of Kazakhstan" which was held on September, 21 2018. The festival had become an excellent lesson of tolerance and was aimed at strengthening friendship and unity among nations, preserving the original culture, languages, customs and traditions.

As a part of the cultural and educational project "Myń bala", a nationwide writing to dictation in the State language "Astana-beıbіtshіlіk bastaýy" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana was held at the Pavlodar Higher Medical College on September, 20.
