We remind you, that education is a process, state-controlled, society, college administration and teachers, and also partially from the parents of students, Parental responsibility is legally enshrined in a number of laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Convention on the Rights of the Child:
- In the article 18 Convention definitely, that both parents share responsibility for raising the child, and the state should support them in this and provide adequate assistance;
- In the article 27 Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan recorded, that the care and education of children is the natural right and responsibility of parents;
- In the article 68Code "About Marriage and Family"parents have equal rights and bear equal responsibilities towards their children;
- In the article 49 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” noted, that the responsibilities of parents and other legal representatives include cooperation with educational organizations and, what's most important, ensuring children's attendance at educational institutions.
We also remind you of the fact, that for violation by parents of their duties in relation to children, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the following articles:
- Article 140 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Failure to fulfill obligations to educatei minor";
- Article 127 Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses” Failure to comply by parents or persons, replacing them, responsibilities for raising and educating children".
The college administration is counting, that you will take the necessary measures regarding your child, committed more 20 hours of absences and tardiness per semester 2016-2017 school year, and will ask to report to college, during training sessions to explain the reasons for the current situation.
