Active involvement is encouraged! The Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with National Agency for Technological Development (hereinafter referred to as NATD) launched the National Innovation Contest. One of the nominations is called "The Best project among secondary school students" (hereinafter referred to as the Contest).
The purpose of the Contest is to stimulate the children's interest in innovations and nurture a new generation of inventors.
Authors of the best works will be invited to Astana for the official final. Winners will be awarded with valuable prizes: Laptop for the 1st place; Tablet for the 2nd place and Smartphone for the 3rd place.
The following persons can participate: secondary school students as well as the 1st and 2nd year college students (who are claimed to be the one when at the Contest's launch if officially announced).
In order to participate in the Contest, participants must make a video (up to 2,5 minutes long) about the project in any field of science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM), upload it to the YouTube and provide a link to the video while submitting an application online at www.natd.gov.kz
