College is enagaged in educational activities by 7 intramural specialties on the basis of the Statutory licence № KZ73LAA00007520 dated August, 23 2016 and issued by the Department of Education Control of Pavlodar region of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Teaching is provided by both State demand and on a contractual basis. The following specialties are taught on a contractual basis: Dentistry, Orthopedic Dentistry. As for the rest, they are taught on both contractual basis and State demand. For twenty-five years, the specialists who chose State language of study have been trained in two specialties: Medicine Care and Nursing Care.

As of 01.10.2017 there are 974 students according to the statistical form 2NK, including 271 students entered after graduating from school’s 9th grade. 184 of them were admitted on the State demand and 120 of them have chosen the State language of study. 703 students came to the college after graduating from school’s 11th grade. 448 of them were admitted on the State demand and 190 of them have chosen the State language of study. The number of classes with the State language of study who are studying on the State demand is increasing.

The State demand is applied to the following specialties: Nursing Care, Medical Care, Laboratory diagnostics and Pharmacy in accordance with job market’s needs of the certain specialists.

In 2016-2017 academic year, an accelerated educational program of applied Bachelor’s degree was implemented for practicing nurses. Term of apprenticeship is 1,5 years. It is funded by the National budget.

In May of 2016, the college successfully passed institutional and specialized accreditation for a five-year term and 5 educational programs: Nursing Care, Medical Care, Dentistry, Orthopedic Dentistry and Pharmacy.
