The Debate Tournament among college students on "Public service is a special activity and vocation to serve the community and each citizen of Kazakhstan" theme was held at the Center for Development of Youth Initiatives with the support of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service and anticorruption in Pavlodar region on September, 24 2018. This event was part of the "Jastar" project.
The "Adrenalin" team of the Pavlodar Higher Medical College consisting of Medical Care students Nakenova Asel, Mandakhbayar Sara, Stavkova Nina, Gazdiev Batyr took 2nd prize and was awarded with a diploma.
