The aim of the lesson was to teach students tactical actions and skills in case of attack and defense in volleyball.
The set tasks were solved in a rational sequence and got fully implemented. Correctly applied means of physical education as well as the dosage of exercises determined the health-improving focus of the lesson.
In general, students were interested and actively involved in the lesson.
