SEPTEMBER

  1. Start checking work records, employment contracts.
  2. Make a list of anniversary, holidays and significant dates for members of the Trade Union.
  3. Agree on labor safety instructions.
  4. Approve the tariffs for teaching staff.
  5. Conducting reconciliation of records of Trade Union members.

OCTOBER

  1. Prepare a special event, dedicated to Teacher's Day, Trade Union Day.
  2. Check health and safety instructions, presence of signatures of workers.
  3. Monitoring compliance with Internal Labor Regulations.

NOVEMBER

  1. Hold a meeting of the trade union committee on the issue: “On the results of checking the management of personal files and work records of workers.
  2. Check the accuracy of financial documents (trash, reports, acts).
  3. Analyze the effectiveness of the work carried out to motivate trade union membership.

DECEMBER

1.Take part in monitoring the implementation of trade union estimates for cultural work.

2.Preparing a New Year's holiday for employees of an educational institution.

3.Providing New Year's gifts for trade union members and a New Year's performance for the children of trade union members.

JANUARY

1.Review the report on the implementation of the collective agreement together with the administration.

4.Consider spending money on benefits, sick leave, treatment and rest.

FEBRUARY
