An event named "Attention-Tuberculosis!" was held on March, 5 in class 220 among Nursing care students. This event was part of the World Tuberculosis Day. Medical technician of the college informed students about tuberculosis prevention, the characteristics of the manifestation of the disease, ways of transmission and disease management. Students were given the booklets and leaflets on tuberculosis prevention.

The Head and volunteers of the "Healthy Teeth - Healthy Children - Healthy Family" volunteer movement together with doctors from Pavlodar Regional Dental Polyclinic conducted preventive examinations in the 3rd and 4th grades of the Pavlodar secondary schools: Secondary General School No. 6, Secondary General School No. 30, Secondary General School No. 41 aimed at health and fitness, Secondary General School No. 43, Regional Kazakh Boarding School for Gifted Children named after Y. The recitalation of poems by Pavel Vasilyev was recorded at the "Halyq Radıo" studioю The poems were recited by Medical Care students of class 110 Mandahbayar S. and Ramazanova D. For "A Minute of Poetry" broadcast at the "Tań.KZ" blog students chose the work of their favorite poet Pavel Vasilyev and learned the poems "My Pavlodar, the hawkish town of mine", "Thy name as well", "Appear in dreams all calico and summer", "Beloved" and others. Students also described why they chose these particular poems and why they adore the poet.  

Special subjects' teacher Baigozhina Zh. B. gave lessons on providing emergency medical assistance to the people who got injured in the spring season in order to prepare staff for participation in the National Command and Staff Maneuvers named "Kóktem - 2018". These lessons took place on March 1, 2018 and were attended by the alarm response force personnel of the college. The following algorithms were practiced during the lessons: delivery of care in case of bone fractures, closed wounds, bleeding and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The results of the national remote contest named "The Best Educational and Methodological Materials on the Fundamentals of Nursing Care and Nursing Care in Clinical Subjects for Medical College Students" were declared at the online Nursing Care session of the Academic Methodological Association on February 28, 2018. Pavlodar Higher Medical College presented two educational guidances for: Fundamentals of Nursing Care by teacher Azhaeva A. S. and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases by teacher Meiramova Zh. K. By the results of the competition, teacher Azhaeva A. S.won the 3rd prize.

The Nursing Care graduates of the Applied Bachelor's Degree had been defending their graduation papers at the Pavlodar Higher Medical College between February 22, 2018 and February 27, 2018. The next stage of the 47th Сity Dorm Olympics on cross-country skiing among medical organizations was held at the skiing lodge of the Usolsky microdistrict on February, 24. 9 men's and 9 women's teams took part in the competition. As a result of a tough struggle for victory, Aesculapian Physical Training Dispensary team secured the premier place, Pavlodar Regional Oncology Dispensary team became the second best, Pavlodar Higher Medical College team took the third prize. All prize winners were awarded with medals and diplomas of the corresponding degrees.
