The 1st and 2nd stages of the psychological program devoted to the students' adaptation to the new psychosocial conditions at the college are spanned between September and November.

On October, 11 2017 Pavlodar Higher Medical College students took part in the online Republican scientific and practical conference named "Mercy and courage are eternal categories" among medical college students and Akmola region college students. This event was organized by the Kokshetau Higher Medical College. As part of the public awareness campaign on compulsory medical insurance, a training seminar was given in the college's assembly hall on October, 5, 6 and 9. All materials regarding the seminar were available for students afterwards.
