On September, 19 college students were actively involved in another 13th summary and election conference of the Pavlodar region of the branch of the "Жас Отан" youth wing of the "Нұр Отан" party. The country's future lies in the youth's hands and their task is to make strategic directions for the development of our State come true.

On September, 14 a one whole flashmob inspired by the game "Тоғыз кумалак" took place at the Pavlodar Higher Medical College. This event was a part of "Рухани жаңғыру" program implementation. 24 third year students were actively involved in this event.

This year September 16 and 23 were official Community Cleanup Days in Pavlodar. Measures were taken to clean up the territory and educational buildings of our college. All college utilities were fixed up.
Community Cleanup Day was made possible with the support of college students and teachers who reacted to the work assigned to them responsibly. 1st , 2nd and 3rd year students showed particular diligence in the course of the events.

The "Festival of Health-2017" took place in Pavlodar Higher Medical College between 4 and 8 of September. The motto of the festival was "Our health is in our hands!". The healthcare city "Денсаулық" was functioning at the college. "Esculap" club members under the guidance of Lebedeva I. On September, 15 freshmen students took part in the joyful student initiation ceremony "Жаңа белес-2017" which took place on the lower floor of the Central Embankment. Freshmen students were surprised with quizzes and lottery drawings, a gala concert and plenty of emotions.

The meeting between representatives of the Municipal Public Utilities Insitution "Center for the Development of Youth Initiatives" of the Department of Youth Policy and college freshmen was held on September, 15. Kumangaliev Miras Kairatovich, Volunteer Center inspector and Taniyev Olzhas Kairatovich, Youth Service Center inspector gave a speech. They told students about the direction of their work and encouraged the freshmen to actively participate in the life of the city and the region and hold on to a proactive attitude.

The annual "Festival of Health" took place in Pavlodar on the Central Embankment on September, 9. The motto of the festival was "Our health is in our hands!".

A terrible tragedy occurred on September, 7 of this year at 7 hours 23 minutes at the corner of Lomov and Kataev streets. The girls crossed the road on an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the road traffic accident, a ten-year-old girl died at the scene and her eight-year-old sister was hospitalized in the Children's Regional Hospital. Advisory lessons devoted to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and prevention of various diseases were given by the special subjects' teachers at Pavlodar Higher Medical College between 4 and 8 of September, 2017. These lessons belonged to the "Денсаулық" State Program for 2016-2019 years. The purpose of these events was to shape a positive attitude to own health, active lifestyle habits, regular physical training and sports among students. "Youth" Research Center and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hold online consultations with young people on the topic "Youth is the energy of the future!". Online consultations will determine the needs of young people, their expectations and attitude to the State, priority services for young people. Based on the results of the survey, recommendations will be developed for the further implementation of the state youth policy.
