The 2nd round of the regional contest named "The Best Nursing Care teacher - 2017" took place in the college on November 10, 2017. The Head of the Center Candidate of Psychological Sciences Kolyukh Olga Anatolyevna organized the psychology game named "The Hero's Journey" using mental maps for Pharmacy students of class 220 on November 8, 2017. Special subjects' teacher Maizhanova A. S. gave lessons on providing emergency medical assistance to the people who got injured in the winter season. These lessons took place on November 6, 2017 and were attended by the alarm response force personnel of the college. The following algorithms were practiced during the lessons: delivery of care in case of bone fractures, closed wounds, bleeding and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Active college students took part in the Ecological Community Cleanup Day on November 4, 2017. The goals were to clean and maintain a sanitary condition of the Irtysh bank. Such events are aimed at the preserving the natural heritage and choosing the path of sustainable civilization development. Fascinating competitions were held during the Cleanup Day. Students were offered hot pastries and tea. Cleanup Day participants were awarded with an appreciation letter for valuable contribution and enthusiasm.

The first Club of the Cheerful and Sharp-witted Cup of Pavlodar City took place at the Palace of Culture named after Estay on October 30, 2017. This event was organized by the Regional League of the Club of the Cheerful and Sharp-witted named "Irtysh". From 15 to 20 teams participate in the Championship of the Regional League "Irtysh" every year. The Championship is considered to be International due to participation of teams from Russia in this season. Special gala concert took place on October, 24. This event was the final stage of the Military-patriotic Song Festival and a part of the "Рухани жаңғыру" program at the same time. It was not simply a festival, but a music forum aimed at developing the continuity of traditions and popularization of military-patriotic songs. Toguz Kumalak championship took place at the sports hall of the Pavlodar Higher Medical College between 19 and 23 of October, 2017. It was aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle and sporting events among students. 9 combined teams participated in the event.
