Единый урок, посвященный празднованию 20 - летию столицы Республики Казахстан – Астана
The joint lesson dedicated to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Astana took place at the Pavlodar Higher Medical College on December, 8.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October, 20 1997 No. 3700, as per 10.12.1997 the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan was declared to be Akmola which was subsequently renamed as Astana. The official presentation of the new capital of Kazakhstan was held on June, 10 1998.
July, 6 the Capital's Day is a State holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Special subjects' teacher Maizhanova A. S. organized an open extracurricular activity named "The Game of the smartest" on December 7, 2017. This game was focused on Nursing Care in Surgery and Nursing Care students of class 42 were invited to participate.

The third year Pharmacy student Musina M. took part in the International Academic Olympics on December, 7 2017. This event was organized for college students who study Pharmacy. Student was guided by special subjects' teachers Pfening G. D. and Makovskaya I. A. Our student chose the section named "Sale of medicines and other pharmacy products".

On the eve of the 122nd anniversary of Sergei Yesenin, a poetry readings were organzied and conducted by the Student Government of the college. This event was devoted to the poet's works and took place on December, 7. Students highlighted the autobiography of the poet and his work; recited his poetry and performed romances based on his poems. Amorous poetry, poems about nature and animals were exciting and encourage everyone to immerse oneselves into the beauty of the native land.
Республиканская научно-практическая конференция
National Scientific and Practical Conference focused on "Modernization of technical and vocational education in the healthcare system" was held on December 7, 2017. This event was coincided with the 80th anniversary of the Republican Higher Medical College as well as being implementation of the "Modernization of nursing education in the Republic of Kazakhstan" project by the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference welcomed representatives of the Department of science and human resources of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Visit to the Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre named after Zh. Aymautov
Nursing Care class 210 visited the Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre named after Zh. Aymautov on December 7, 2017. Visit was made for the sake of cultural education, development of aesthetic taste and mind broadening. A dramatized concert dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Shamkenov A. was presented to the students. The theater is filled with the flow of real living energy. Live performance of the actors will boost the high spirits for the whole week and become a nice activity for a change! Students really enjoyed visiting the theater. They were greatly impressed and delighted.

National competition named "The Best Nursing Care Teacher of 2017" was held on December 6, 2017.
